I had been very excited to order these shoes for 20% off since had been eyeing them for a year. Unfortunately when they arrived they were quite bigger than expected. That is when I found out that there is no straight exchange policy for the same product and only store credit or full refunds are provided. Since the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs it made no sense to return and pay the difference of the now non-sale price to have the correct size sent back. For a clothing product that does not have a storefront I wish they had a better exchange policy which is why I have only given 3 stars. The shoe itself is well crafted and quite beautiful so much I have ordered another one of their new Cala shoes (one size smaller) to try, hopefully it is a good fit. I would recommend anyone buying during their sales for the first time to buy their size as well as either a pair 1 size lower or two pairs for the consecutive 2 sizes lower than what your expect so it doesn't cost much returning those that don't fit.

These shoes fit really well, look amazing and are super light! I do find that they rub on the top of my feet though. Once the lockdown is over, I'm looking forward to trying them out in different terrains, including the sea.

The shoes are well made and functional, but aesthetically they are a bit anonymous.

These are a great shoe and were a replacement for a pair where my small toe ended up wearing a hole through the side of each shoe. It was kind of Tropic to replace them but I’m concerned it will happen again with constant wear. I have wide feet and feel the double layer inside should extend back further to cover the widest part of the foot where the small toe is. I’ve decided I just won’t wear them constantly as I did the first pair but otherwise I think they are great. I hope tropic takes this on board as I agree it would not be practical to make a separate wider shoe for each size. The other tip is keep the small toe nail clipped so it doesn’t become a saw !

Mein Problem ist, dass die Gummis irgendwann unerträglich eng werden. Ansonsten zum erdten nal keine Stinkfüße mehr und leicht sind sie auch
