I first ordered a coat from Tropicfeel on 30 April. I received no confirmation email despite my payment being accepted. Only when chasing them was I presented with the news my item was no longer in stock and whether I would like a different colour. A few days later Tropicfeel informed me they had found stock of the original order and would provide tracking details shortly. These never arrived.

After over a month of back and forths Tropicfeel finally provided tracking details of my purchase (estimated delivery initially was 3-5 days).

I was shocked when I then received a letter through the post from Parcelforce requesting payment of over £53 and Tropicfeel had not paid the customs charges for a delivery to the UK. Unbelievably Tropicfeel has informed me it is my responsibility to pay for these charges. At no point had they suggested these would need to be paid previously and I suspect this is a result of their dithering regarding the stock.

Clearly I have no intention of paying an additional £53 for my purchase. Tropicfeel are now saying they must receive the returned stock from the carrier before they can proceed with my refund, this may take over 20 days meaning it will be over 2months since they took my payment that I will be returned my funds.

I strongly advise against buying anything from this company, especially if you are in the UK as they will expect you to pay the custom charges on delivery.

It's really disappointing to deal with this company. They make it so that you can only return an item of clothing once, and don't seem to really care about the customer, only their revenue stream. If you sell clothing online, you have to put up with returns when things don't fit properly. Or you will get a poor reputation. And that's what's happening here. Won't buy from them again, and happy to tell other people not to - which is not a way to grow you business however much you spend on marketing and special offers.

The shoes are pretty good, though swimming with them in water with sand is quite a pain since the sand easily gets into your shoes.

I ordered my second pair on March 2021 and it's July 2021. My left sneaker still is causing lots of pain on a pressure point on top of the shoe. I can't wear my shoes for more than an hour or two because the pain is unbearable. Also keep in mind that it can take several weeks to get your shoes. I ended up buying a cheap pair of Adidas sneakers from Costco to replace my Tropicfeels.

The shoes Hurt my fest like crazy. Work them twice but that is about it. Maybe you should consider having à wide fit selection

These shoes are excellent, I am wearing them as regular sneakers most of the time and I have just tried them when going to the beach as well so I can walk in the water without getting scratchy sand on my feet and they are perfect for that too. They are sufficiently "stretchy" to be worn just as comfortably with or without socks. Really highly recommended.

This shoe really is great! Comfortable, easy to slip-on and durable.

Shoes are great. Had issues with sizing however and had to return them (at my own cost). I am a UK 10. The 45 was too big so ended up with the 44’s which are snug 👍

Good shoes, i use them as slip-on shoes and for tennis. They feel great and don't come off easy. Very happy with my purchase

I wanted to love these shoes, but I didn't. I got blisters within a few hours of wearing them, with very minimal walking. I'm sadly disappointed in the design of these shoes.

Both cruiser backpacks we ordered had big issues on our trip. Really disappointed with the quality. I sent a message to customer care and received no response.

Los cordones tan finos molestan si se aprietan y la suela en mojado no agarra demasiado. A pesar de ello, el material, la comodidad, ligereza, plantilla con micro agujeros para q se sequen antes... es excelente. La logística también puede mejorar en temas de tiempos. La atención al cliente excelente.
