Unable to return shoes after wearing for one day - they are not true to size. Was sent shorter laces which were same lengths. Both shoes starting to come apart along seams with minimal wear. Have contacted customer service for solutions three times and only keep receiving review requests.

I've found an offer on your website but you told me that such an offer doesn't exist. So I sent you a screenshot just to prove you that I was not wrong.
You first refused to let me buy the particular items with the offer but then you took it back so I did buy the goods. However the staff was very polite and prompt.
For weeks I had no idea about the status of the order despite the best efforts of your staff. I made the purchase on 23/3 and I received the goods today, 22/4.
As far as I can see the items came in great condition and according to my order. That's great.

I originally wanted this pair but they were sold out in my size so I bought my next fave but now I’m grateful for both pairs cause when I like something I wear it out so i can alternate between the two. It took them a bit longer than expected to get here but it was worth the wait. I’ve had them for a couple of weeks now and they are really comfortable, lightweight and they look really cool. I was a little bit worried about the size since I usually go for a 40.5 but ended up ordering size 40 based on the size guide in cms and they fit perfectly. Overall great shoes!

Shape of shoes is good but shipping price is to much to Canada and they charge import fee separately so this shoes dosn't worth with this price like $230. So I believe with this price you we can buy so much better shoes.
