The shoes are amazing, I don't think I ever put on such comfortable and at the same time, great looking sport shoes. They don't make my foot look big like other sports shoes, and they exactly what I was looking for.

So I really like the color, feel, look and quality of these shoes! They are true to size as well. The experience of receiving them was challenging to say the least. They were severely delayed without anything more than one email a few days before they should have arrived. I then waited 3 more weeks before receiving them. I had to reach out twice to Tropicfeel to get a status. Everyone was really nice, but if I had wanted these shoes for a specific trip or occasion, I would have been very disappointed.

Order handling review, I still have not received the product: I ordered the shoes around a month ago and still waiting for them. Delivery was expected to take around 5-7 days. I got an email three weeks ago saying that there was a slight delay in my order due to some changes at the warehouse, which were made to reduce the shipping time. They would make sure to ship the order the following week. I thought that was no problem and I replied that I would wait for the order. However, I did not receive any news until the start of this week (and after an unanswered email) when I finally got a tracking code. After some days, it still doesn't seem like the package has moved a lot. Whenever the package arrives I will be happy to review the actual product.
