The best pair of outdoor shoes I've had in a long time. Everything as advertised: waterproof, lightweight, easy slip on, slip resistant (did well in the Canadian winter), easy to clean, and ultimately comfortable. I am thinking which colour to get next.

Very Light and breathable shoe that allows for freedom of movement between many activities outdoors and indoors. It is my favorite hiking, running, and all around every day use shoe. With its water breath-ability it cleans easily and drys super fast to use while travelling. the best shoe to travel in as you will need less shoes to travel with. This is All You Need!!!

There are some creases formed on the tongue of the shoes when it is tightened to wear. There should be a better way to adjust the tongue without creases.

Finding a pair of vegan shoes that that are equally at home on the trails as in the office is a daunting task, especially if you want shoes that aren’t terrible for the environment. These shoes seem to fit the bill. I got my first pair through Kickstarter in August, wore them almost exclusively for about six months (probably 400-600 miles) before wearing them out, and now I’m on my second pair. Even worn out, though, my first pair still looks very good (minus a small hole developed little toe), and I could wear them to work right up until the replacements arrived. The downsides of these shoes is that they’re not biodegradable (finding shoes recyclers is a pain) and in rain they soak through from the top.

The shoes fit perfectly and are comfortable for both a walk on asphalt/pavement and for a hike on rough terrain. They are easy to clean too. The only disadvantage is that the material is bit fragile so you have to be careful with branches and rocks.

Review from a long travel of 6 weeks: We only went with a pair of flipflops and the tropicfeel Navy and Majolica Blue. As you can imagine we used the tropicfeels very often. For long city walks, for nature adventures and for ocean swimming on pebble beaches. The first days we had to use socks, so the shoes could adjust to our feet (as any other shoes weould need too), but after a week or two we could do everything sockless without getting bruises. Now, back at home, the shoes nearly looks like new. No loose parts and only downside: The white soles absorb the color of wet, red earth. Even after swimming and brushing, we didn't get them shiny white back again. We will order a second pair (just in case), but only with dark soles. ;-)

This is quite a late review, but I wanted to give these several chances as I so wanted them to work. I love that they are light and easy to pack, but I hate every step in them. The heel lip rolls up and runs against my ankles, causing blisters both with and without socks, leaving me wincing whilst fast walking across an airport. I'm afraid I will be dumping these when I get home.
