MONSOON SNEAKERS
Super light, but with enough cushioned sole to be comfortable for longer periods. Great fit with the crack sleeve.

I love the shoes, this is actually my second pair - however I incorrectly purchased the wrong size, and an unable to reach your team to ask if I can order another one with the right size. I would appreciate if you can respond back to me.

So far a great pair of sneakers, or at least I've been using them as such. The air flow inside is literally palpable, so warm socks or warm thoughts in the winter. I'm wearing these shoes in private matters and for work which is a lot of desk work and some walking: so far no stinking feet, which I tend to have if the inner material isn't leather.
The option to take out the insole when the shoes are not worn is definitely helping with that as well.
I'm currently using the elastic bands. The hold on my feet never wavered, even when running.
The only potentially negative I have experienced is the feeling of a nob right in the center of the upper back near the postion of the flap. It might be a personal problem due to individual form of my feet of which I have not been aware so far. With time I got either used to it or the shoe adapted for I feel it much less.
And the shoes look great of course!
Summarizing, worth the wait and the cost so far. I still need to test them off-road.

MONSOON ALL BLACK OLD
I've been wearing my Monsoon shoes around town for about a week now. I took the advice of many others and ordered one size up, and they fit snugly. I'm certain I wouldn't have been able to wear them, had I ordered my regular size. The materials look and feel top quality and the shoes are very well put together. I haven't had any issues with the elastic laces, like others have reported. It's very easy to put on and take off the shoes and I don't see myself using the included regular laces. The shoes are very light and very breathable, but the sole is sturdy and thick enough not to feel any discomfort when walking on uneven, stone-paved streets. At first, I had the same issue reported by others with the upper part at the back heel being too rigid and digging into my flesh (wearing the shoes with socks). But, after two or three days of wearing, I'm happy to say that the shoes gave in and I no longer feel any discomfort. All in all, I'm very happy with the look, the quality and the feel of the shoes.

The shoes are great. Y’alls customer service could be improved. I went through so many hoops when there was a mistake on my order that took literally months and months to fix and then y’all still charged me more money just to get these shoes. Ridiculous

The customer service has been exceptional. I wasn’t happy with the original order because the sizing didn’t match exactly well for me (one foot is larger than the other). Bottom line, the company was very understanding and worked with me to find the best solution for a replacement.
