The shoes are great but the back of the shoe with the elastic that fits the back of the ankle will scrape and leave cuts. Wish this wasn’t the case as everything else with the shoe is good

I was so excited to get these and while they are great there are a couple of little things I've noticed right off the bat. One comment Is actually about the elastic laces. They are super easy to slip on and very comfortable but I wish they were a little tighter because I get worried about this slipping off while doing anything too active and I can't take them out and put in the "regular" laces without "untying" the elastic laces and I have no idea how to tie them back.
The other comment I have is about the elastic lining that goes around the heel. I've not had the shoes for very long but I've already noticed that they crease easily and pretty permanently. They are very comfortable though and I wear them a lot!

Took several months to ship, but once I received them the quality was great. The actual shoe fits, but the bungee laces (which were part of what I love) are too tight. I contacted the company and they couldn't just send me longer bungee laces, and they don't do exchanges.
