In the meantime, we can provide some tips for you:
- Loosen the laces and consider using the regular shoelace that we prepared for you just in case.
- Make sure the counter heel lifts up fully and grab your ankle
- Wear thick socks several times to loosen a bit the back
The shoes are yet to stretch themselves a little bit to your feet’s shape and walking pattern!

Took these on a trip to New Zealand - they were all over cities, in the ocean, and on easy-ish trails (felt great on rock ledges)! I absolutely love these shoes and ended up not needing the back-up pair I brought in case these caused any hot spots. I'm totally buying additional colors.

Love everyabout about the shoe from the thelook to the feel, but the fit is a little off. I was careful to measure my foot per the directions that were given, and the size I chose is 1-2 sizes too big. With socks they may be 1 size too big, but I was hoping to wear these without socks. At this point they have been sitting in my closet and I’m not sure I will actually ever wear them. The shoe itself though seems great.

Great looking shoe. I felt that it we half a size or more too big. I think you would want a more snug shoe fit, especially if you're using it in the water. It didn't dry as quickly when wet as I had hoped but it didn't feel weird wearing it whole wet.

We're sorry the drying has disappointed you. We recommend taking the insoles out and having them outdoors and in a dry warm space :) (air conditioning makes the room cold so it actually helps keep them wet)

I love my shoes, you have done a fantastic job. I wont waste time talking about the good components as there are many I will just give two pieces of feedback that may be useful.
1) I wish the green heel elastic was designed in a way that if I don't want to see/use it I could tuck it into the shoe. This would make the shoe even more versatile. At the moment the way it is sewn it doesn't bend that way.
2) I do worry that elastic on the heel won't last and that the heel strap will be the first part to wear. But this has yet to happen.

Couple of small issues
- I usually wear a size 39 but the shoe tends to run a tad small, my toes are kind of up against the fabric right at the end. The lip of the sole that's glued to the fabric is starting to separate a little bit, not sure if it's due to that.
- The shoe was advertised to be able to be worn without socks but fabric that keeps the heel in chaffed against my heels and gave me blisters, thought they could be made of a softer material

Slightly tight if I wear socks but is fine without socks, I feel the white heel base is too large so it would be better design if you shrink it slightly as it the white base is nearly the size of the actual shoe.
