I think the shoes are great nothing bad to say about the product... If anything i would only say that the delivery took too long and the supoort team was not very helpful when i asked where my product was... But the package eventualy showed up, the time of delivery would be the only thing that would stop me from buying one of your products... Because the other products look great

Great shoes. They are confortable in every situation, with and without socks. The design fits all possible situation: you can use them for a trip in the countryside, when you have to walk a lot, or to go out for dinner with you partner. I really love them!

The shoes are great, comfortable, easy to wash/ dry and stylish. What I didn’t like was the fact I had to pay approx 30% the value of the shoe as important tax’, it should be clearly stated that it is NOT made in Spain (made in China?) and that you will have to pay the custom duty etc

The material seems too cheap, it fits one size less I have 44 and I had to purchase 45 same for my wife 38 but had to be exchanged for 39 with a tremendous refund policy

I love the fact that these shoes came in sustainable packaging. The shoes are comfortable and light but the material looks fairly plastic like, which perhaps shouldn't have been a surprise given that they are made to be waterproof.
I was disappointed with the long length of time it took for the shoes to arrive - over 2 months, and luckily I didn't have to pay additional import fees having received an email suggesting I might. The shoes are clearly produced in China and there was a tax suggested which I didn't have to pay in the end. On contacting tropicfeel I was told that would be responsibility.
I haven't tried them in the wet/water, so we shall see how they fair.

Hey Georgina, thank you for your feedback. The shoes are not made of plastic. Regarding the other issue. Sorry about your experience with Cala customs, this was just this campaign and our logistic team now works on it to have them delivered from our warehouse in Europe. You will love to try them in water!!
