The sole is very soft and very comfortable, but it was unfortunately a bit too tight, was hoping that it would stretch out so I kept them but not enough. Still ok but cannot walk with it more than a few hours. Also the insole doesn't stay in place when you take out your shoes and they become dirty quite quickly (on the first day). Still like them thought, need a little improvement. I would try a size up next time if the return is free.

I loveee the bag and the look, plus it’s super light, which is a great plus. I also love the side compartments for my bottle and umbrella. It’s a good size.
Some possible improvements: I wish it were a bit bigger (it looked bigger from the picture). Also, maybe we could have zips on both sides for the front pouch? I usually end up reaching from the wrong side which is a bit frustrating.

Great bag, lots of storage space for shoes with shoe bag, 13" HP laptop, laptop stand, wireless mouse, wireless earpiece with charging box, keys, phone, wallet, lip balm, sunblock, water bottle, deoderant, with many pockets to compartmentalise. The bag is also light and easily collapsible, making it easy to store when not in use. I am not concerned when I bring my bag out when it is going to rain as it is very well water resistant with the roll down top.
However, the straps are quite narrow and thin, providing little support when the load of the bag gets heavier. I could get used to the weight after a while, though. All in all, it is a great buy.

I like its lightweightness when i carry it around even i loaded with my files and accessories. It is a very simple, neat but trendy design, easy to use and handy as i can fold it into its small bag when i don't it. i also found that it is safe and secure as no one can access your items inside it. The materials look tough. The side pockets are deep enough to hold the water bottle and other content securely. A very worthy product, well designed and built for all occasions. I'm looking forward for new products like raincoats which are light, durable and compact. Well done!
