Hi Tropicfeel team, I really appreciate the opportunity for giving feedback. I'm giving Cala a rating of 3 out of 5 because it didn't cover my expectations. Size of the shoe is OK but the comfort level is not. It has a really tight fit in the upper part of the foot (even when I released as much tension of the shoelaces as it was possible) and the back part of the shoe (upper edge) has hurt my feet. On an additional note, the collar is too small and in wearing the shoes on and off already a couple of stitches between the collar and the shoetongue came out. On the wearing off, the innersole is always coming out of the shoe. The transition from sneaker to folded heal (and viceversa) is also not that easy as described in the videos. I'm overall a bit dissapointed. If you need any additional details such as photos please do not hesitate in contacting me.

Really comfortable and super easy to slip on! I haven't tried them for swimming yet but look forward to. I would advise going for a size up if you intend to wear them with socks.

I bought it in begging of May and it just arrived in August. I wish I could have used more over the summer, if it would have arrived earlier. The shoes are confortable and light but look like they are not gonna last long. The tropicfell letter from inside are already falling off after 2 or 3 times of use.

La entrega fue como un parto que se retrasó pero valió la pen.
Una pena que no pudiera disfrútalas en mis vacaciones porque no habían llegado pero hasta ahora no me las quito.
Como pega, decir que el precio de las zapatillas ahora (yo las compré en crowdfunding) es en mi opinión un tanto elevado 100€ por unas zapatillas es mucha tela.

They are good shoes, but for my feet (which I usually think of as "normal-sized"), I find the shoes to be a bit too tight. On at least two occasions, this has also caused me to rip one shoe a bit as I'm putting them on. This has made me question the build quality a little bit. Overall, the shoes are comfortable to wear, but I've noticed that I choose my Geox'es or Ecco's a bit more often than the Cala's — probably because of the Cala's being too tight, and it being easier to slip on the other shoes that I have...

The shoes work as advertised but they have some downsides not mentioned.
1. If they get wet and it's not sunny, they won't dry, and if you wear them wet for more than 2h your foot skin will start to peal off. For this reason I had to stop wearing them daily, my foot needed to breath.
2. The soles smell very bad after 2 months of daily use, even though they where cleaned several times, once I wear them again the smell will come back.
3. The laces look fancy, but they are annoying. I needed to loose them more, but I couldn't because there wasn't enough thread. When I cross my legs and sit on them, the laces feel like a rock that is very unpleasant, so I can't set that way.
4. The shoes are not true size, they are too fitted. My foot got some marks due to the pressure,

It had a tight fitting at first, however after subsequent usage, about a month, it starts to get comfy. I'm also impressed by the friction it provides mids heavy rain in a tropical country.
