My experience was pleasant, there were just a couple of minor mishaps (Alexandria VA). The customer service is wonderful and more than accommodating. There is ample space for the entire wedding party to try on garments. If one discovers a stain on their rental, they do an excellent job of spot cleaning. The two dilemmas I experienced were: not all the tuxedoes had shirt studs and out of the eleven orders there were only errors with two shoe sizes (one of which was taken care of and the other wasn't, due to the time/day the tux was picked up). I felt like these two issues were minor enough, where the staff could've verified each tux/items included.

Abdi is the man! He was great to work with and everyone in my wedding party enjoyed his expertise. I would go back there anytime I needed a tuxedo. A true joy to work with and completely no stress during a stressful time.

Very good as a whole. We had groomsman all over NJ and NYC who were able to go to their local store and get everything fast. Some of the suits didn't fit right the week of and new ones were ready days before the wedding.

Abbi is the Store Manager at Savvi Formalwear by Sarno & Sons and he runs a great operation. Over the 14 years that I have lived in Washington, DC I have needed a few tuxedos and always had a challenge, up until I went into Savvi Formalwear a little more than a year ago. Abbi got me situated with a great tuxedo, at a great price and everything worked out perfectly for my friend's wedding in NYC.

Now cut to November 2014. My wife and I were invited last minute to a black tie event this past weekend, and I needed help. There was no question that I would head back to see Abbi. My major concern was I went in on the Thursday before the event hoping they could do a quick turnaround and get me what I needed. I let Abbi know the deal up front and he said no problem, don't worry, that it would be taken care of and it was! In fact he remembered me and even knew that it had been around a year since I had last been in. He still had my measurements on file, thankfully they hadn't changed too much. He had the tuxedo ready a day later (and I am not the easiest person to find the right size for) and when the pants were a little too big, he was able to find a replacement pair that needed some alterations that were done quickly and proficiently on sight and I was off to my event. I was very happy with my rental from start to finish and I can't say that about all my tuxedo experiences at other places, but Savvi Formalwear is just that much better.

To sum up, if you want a great tux, at a great price, from a professional, friendly and accommodating staff, then go to Savvi Formalwear and see Abbi. He will take care of you too and make sure you look good for your special occasion!

I hated how ill fitting the tux that my fiance wore at the last wedding we went to, so I wanted to try Sarno since they are located in both NJ and PA. We used the Stroudsburg store, and they have wonderful customer service. The two women who helped us were excellent, they knew the product completely. My fiance said the other place didn't even measure him, which I believed because he looked like he was wearing his grandfather's tux. The prices were around the same as the other places. We were told that they run specials for bridal parties, i.e. groom tux free with certain # of rentals. I will never go to any other vendor for tux rentals again. The lady even gave us a discount because we were attending a wedding. (It was out of state and the wedding party didn't even have their tuxes from this vendor). So I was happy. :)

I had a lot of issues with Savvi by Sarno and Son from the start. The initial sales associate was disorganized and was not familiar with the products. She failed to process the groom try on as well as our entire order. She no longer works for the company. The other 2 sales associates were better and did try hard to rectify the situation, however problems continued to occur. The record of deposit paid by several groomsmen was lost, information couldn't be entered for ring bearer/children sizes, and my junior groomsmen's jacket was EXTREMELY small. I would be hesitant to use this company again.

My husband looked amazing in his suit and it fit him very well. My grandfather also rented here and he was happy and looked amazing. We did have a hard time with our Best Man's suit being too tight though. Besides that, Dante Zeller provided us with great service.

I am extremely happy with Savvi Formalwear by Sarno & Son in Alexandria, VA. It was an awesome experience from star to finish, all my groomsmen love their tuxedo. Abby very courteous and helpful in every step of the way.

Staff was friendly and willing to help make sure the guys tuxes fit my needs exactly, a little pricey but it was expected, and discounts made it reasonable, overall extremely satisfied!

This shop is located in Hannelore's Bridal Boutique right down by the water in Old Town.

My boyfriend and I had stopped in here to look at some tuxedos to rent for an upcoming event. We didn't have an appointment but the Manager, Abbi, kindly greeted us and was more than willing to show us what he had to offer. Their selection of tuxedos/suits are gorgeous and really nice quality. We weren't planning on purchasing at that point in time, but Abbi sold us when he told us what we were looking to spend on what we had selected.

We had went and picked the tuxedo up whenever it came in and my boyfriend tried it on. It fit perfectly. Mind you, he is 6'3 and 280lbs. He always has trouble fitting into suits or tuxedos so I was amazed at how well it fit. We left happy customers.

Abbi is willing to go above and beyond to make his customers happy. He does typically work at this location by himself and at times is very, very busy. I would suggest making an appointment; 1) to make it easier on yourself, and 2) to make it easier on him. There's only so much one person can do and I can sympathize with him whenever there are 30 people there and only 1 person to work with all of them.

I will definitely be going back to this place whenever we need another rental or perhaps to buy as well.

Rented a tuxedo for a wedding. I was a little skeptical at first, but Erin was very helpful, making sure everything was just right. I'll definitely return for future rentals!

Pathetic service. I ordered a Tux in person. 4 times they got the order wrong and spent more time blaming my wife. Even after the paper work was correct and the order was wrong. Staff is rude.

I have to attend a black tie event with the wrong colors. The Manager said, he can't do anything about it now.

Marty at the Verona location was extremely helpful in picking a tuxedo that suited our wedding style. They had a fantastic selection and very high quality products. The options were a little pricey for rentals, but overall I couldn't be happier with our choice. Worth it to look good on the wedding day!
