SInce it has been a while since I have worn a tuxedo, I started picking up the phone to do a little "smiling and dialing" to get quotes on tuxedo rentals for my hubby!

I couldnt believe the quotes. Joseph Banks was $200 + shoes!

I discussed with my husband the options and we decided to call Abbi (?).

Was the service amazing. Plus his prices were a fraction.

Abbi (?) really does remove the fear of high tuxedo rentals!

We did business with the shop in Edwardsville, PA, and the people working there were always very friendly. The small, intimate size and location made everything seem more personal and like everything was focused on us. The tuxes we eventually picked came out to $139 per rental but my husband got his for "free" (actually $60, which covered the accessories). Definitely no complaints!

We went in looking for suits to rent for the wedding. They were very helpful when it came to picking out what we wanted, they were able to show us different styles and had the exact colors that we were looking for.

We couldn’t be happier we the service we got from everyone at the Rockaway, NJ store. I can’t speak to any other store because we did have issues at another location. The tuxes we prefect not issues at all. the pick up and drop off of everything was quick and easy.

This review is for the Dante in Metuchen, NJ. We had the best experience with this location. We mainly worked with Anthony who made my fiance laugh every time I sent him on his own. I even changed the color last minute and Anthony was nothing but kind. They accommodated a groomsmen who came the week of the wedding to get measured. Best experience ever after hearing all these bad stories about men's warehouse and Jos A Bank.

Above & Beyond

We used Savvi Formalwear located on Route 10 in Ledgewood, NJ for our May 4 wedding. Many of our guests were coming from out of state, and Savvi made it easy to send in measurements. The staff went above and beyond to get our tuxedos in ahead of time to make sure everything fit. When we had some misfitting items, the turn around was overnight. They worked side by side with my husband and he was exceptionally pleased how quickly the issues were rectified. The tuxedos were reasonably priced, but looked exceptional. We'd hire them again, for sure!

This place is in Hannelore's Bridal shop which tends to get bad reviews, but I totally enjoyed my experience with Abbi in the Men's Formal wear. My groomsman and myself rented the Navy Windsor Suits by Perry Ellis. The suits were good. We had a few minor alterations and changes that needed to happen, but Abbi took care of them in a day. He worked well with my out of town groomsman and dad. He took their measurements and payments over the phone. We went in several days before hand and tried everything on. Avvi dealt well with our changes and even got some of my guys two shirts so they could decide on the best ones on the wedding day.

Definitely go in several days before and try things on so Avvi can get the changes and sizes right. As the groomsman, i tried on the suit orignally, one month out and three days before. Three days before I changed to a smaller pant size and it was no problem.

For Saturday weddings make sure you have time to drop off the suits if traveling. I had one person gather all the suits up Sunday after the wedding and return them for me. The hours on Sunday are limited though and they are closed on Monday so they were returned Tuesday which was fine Abbi assured us. Just confirm with him because you will get automated emails saying they are late on Monday because most stores are open on Monday.

They do not accept American Express, so use a Visa or Mastercard or Cash.

The suits we had for our wedding fit the men very nicely. They were flattering on everyone, lightweight and comfortable. They were able to handle last minute size exchanges only days before the wedding and kept track of all of the orders which was especially important since most of the groomsmen are from out of state. They made it a very easy process!

I Went to every tuxedo shop in the dc area looking for a brown tuxedo that wasn't cheap polyester like Men's Warehouse and couldnt find one, or so I thought. I saw a photo of one at most stores, but none had it in the store as it was a designer tux. Shabir at the Fairfax store, ordered one so I could see it before I even made a commitment. It was perfect!! He also gave us 50% off and the groom rental free. It was a $230 tux we got for $103 including the vest, tie, shoes, etc. They fit perfect and the one that didn't, he was able to get the correct size the next morning. It was much better service, quality, and value for the money than the big warehouse chain.

Ordered one of the higher end tuxes for my son's prom, along with shirt, vest & shoes. Went to pick it up and it was one of the cheaper tuxes with the wrong shoes (day before prom) & had to wait until last minute to get the right tux in only to be told that they didn't have the shoes he ordered. Manager could not have cared less. NEVER again.

The Dante Zeller Company is our new hero! Our wedding was scheduled for Tuesday October 30th 2012. We postponed the wedding on October 29th, due to the upcoming storm. We were concerned about our guests safety. I'm sure you can imagine our grief. We had no idea what was to follow.To make a long story short, my family business was destroyed, along with the entire property where it was located for over 25 years. As was many of our friends homes, their vehicles etc. We returned the tuxes unused, and the manager at the store was so understanding, she promised that they would help us in any way they could when it was time to reschedule. Dante Zeller made good on that promise. Over the next two weeks, we all have been very busy helping to clean up the mess that the hurricane left behind. One thing kept popping up, every time I saw a friend, the question was always the same "when are you going to have your wedding?" They all knew that it had been postponed. It was obvious to me that everyone needed something positive to look forward to. My fiancéand I had no plans of rescheduling, but due to the requests, knew that we needed to as soon as possible. The money that went into the originally planned wedding was all that we had, so I had no idea how we would pay for tuxedos again. I contacted Dante Zeller immediately, and they were so kind, I received a call from their corporate office telling me that they were waving the fees for the re-rental of the two tuxes!! I cannot express how grateful I am to them for this generous act! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Our wedding is scheduled for next week, and thanks to them my fiancé Joe, and his best man will look their best! Thank you again!

Quick and easy

I ordered my tuxedos less than a month before my wedding, and Sarno & Son made it quick and easy, and they guarantee the fit, so I don't have to worry about the groomsmen.

We ordered brown tuxes for our Oct. wedding. They were great. Shoes were uncofortable, and we had to buy ties because we didn't like S&Ss typical selection. The shoes were awful... the guys complained all night. The customer service at our location was not great. We waited around forever every time we went in, even if just to make a payment. They missquoted us on the original cost, and when we called to clarify the payment they denied making any errors. They were unclear about pick up and drop off dates as well. And when we, as the bride and groom, asked to be contact if there were any problems with anyone making payments, they didn't call us.. they called the other groomsmen. We were annoyed with their customer service through the whole process. But the tuxes were fine.

All of my guys wore camo vests and brown tuxes for our fall wedding. The staff was very helpful and they had a large selection to look at and try on.

We chose wedding suits for our November wedding. Everything looked great and the price was right. I would and have recommended Sarno and Son to friends and family.
