Fair pricing, excellent service

Rich at Savvi was fantastic. He treated my son, who was there for a Prom Tux, and my husband and I, as equals and with respect. He knew his stuff and it was a great experience!

Friendly staff, great clothes, great place

I was recently a groomsman in a very large wedding party which included 17 guys and kids needing tuxedos. Luckily, the bride and groom choose Sarno & Son to handle their special day. The day I came in for my fitting they got me in and out very quickly with one-on-one attention. Their customer service was very professional, experienced and courteous. The tuxedos were clean, immaculate and very comfortable. I would highly recommend Sarno & Son to anyone looking for a great tuxedo with no hassles.

Had a really difficult time working with this company for a wedding my fiance was in. While the pricing was fair and the suits looked great (the only reason I gave two stars instead of one) the customer service was sub-par. The wedding we had to travel to was a destination wedding in Philadelphia. When they went to try on the suits, the jacket for my fiance did not fit - no big deal - this was not the issue and I completely understand that these things happen. The store had told us that we could pick it up the next day. I had assumed the jacket was the only item that needed to be picked up (because I was not present obviously while the groomsmen tried on suits). Well, unfortunately it was not the only item I needed to get that day. I was disappointed in the fact that Sarno & Sons did not look into this for me knowing that I was picking up an item for someone else. I walked out with the jacket not knowing that the rest of the suit was still in the building. And they would have never told us this - the only way I had discovered this was the only time I was able to reach my fiance after work at 2:30PM. Aside from this issue - I was told that the jacket was going to be in likely before the store opened and I would get a phone call to let me know of the suit's arrival. I never got that call and waited around until about 11 before calling them to see if it was there - which it had been. So between me never getting a phone call and my fiance having to drive all the way back out to sarno & sons after he got out of work - we had missed his best friends rehearsal for a wedding he was in and sat in traffic in Philadelphia for over 3 hours. We originally planned to have our 8 groomsmen go here for our own wedding - but honestly after this experience I cannot have them go here. Perhaps this does not happen often - but this was a horrible experience for us that really drained us for the festivities for the weekend to come.

The service here was excellent. From the 1st fitting all the up until I picked up my tuxedo it was a professional and pleasurable experience. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Honest and amazing people!

Wow, what an experience. I rented the Michael Kors Desire tuxedo for my wedding day. They will put their maximum efforts to make you look the best. I didn't notice some of the alterations that were needed but they noticed and made sure everything was perfect.
On top of that they didn't charge me extra for 3 days delayed return! Who would give that type of an exempt? Not Men's Wearhouse! (Please don't return late reading this review as I had a genuine reason of traveling from a different state LOL)
I highly recommend this place for tuxedo rentals as they have some good quality tuxedos!

Terrible experience

Went in yesterday to rent a tux for my upcoming wedding and I'm so happy I did. I'm not a man who looks or feels his best in suits/tuxedos and April made me feel at ease with her professionalism and easy going personality. Most affordable place my future wife and I found, great staff, and wide selection, I would recommend this place to anyone! Can't wait to try on my suit!!! Thanks April and staff!
