Sarno made the process so easy for us from beginning to end! The first time we went in, they spent so much time with us making sure that everything was perfect and just what we were hoping for. We didn't realize how many choices we'd have and they were so patient with us while we decided everything. All of the guys were able to pick up their tuxes at the location closest to our venue and they all looked great! And our ring bearer could not have been cuter in his little suspenders! Top Hat is a local, smaller, family owned tuxedo shop. First and most important of all, these guys truly care about providing the finest looking and best fitted tuxedos. I had several people from our wedding party who were from out of state but Top Hat took the measurements from these guys who got fitted at their own local shops. Top Hat diligently worked with us to get everything right and made few adjustments quickly in the store! Everyone was extremely pleased with the slim fitted gray tuxedos.
I personally thought the price was high for a rental but I quickly realized that’s how it is everywhere.
Overall, we were very happy with Top Hat’s service and were happy to contribute to a local company such as this. I definitely recommend this tuxedo shop.

Sarno and Son is superior. Their service was absolutely exceptional. We went to the one in Wilkes-barre, and Shannon made everything so easy. She was genuinely concerned with the suits matching our vision. She patiently ordered multiple options for our try on, and when we came in to try them on and didn't like them, had no problem setting us up with a second try-on in Alexandria, Virginia, closer to where we live. The service there was awesome too, and we ended up with the perfect attire for our day. The entire company's commitment to customer service is noteworthy. And everyone was extremely friendly. They even gave us helpful reminders throughout the process (all of our groomsmen were scattered all over the country and they kept us in the loop about who sent their size information in and who didn't). I love Sarno and couldn't imagine using any other group for our wedding.
