I dried aged about a 6lbs boneless rib eye for 60 days. It turned out more like beef jerky. However it was still pretty good. My next attempt will be a slightly larger Boneless Ribeye for maybe 30-35 days.

shockingly simple process. results were amazing. 33 days for a rib roast. will be starting a new rib roast in a few days. probably do 33 days. the instructions appear too simple, that's because it really is that simple of a process

The membrane bag worked very well. I Dry aged a rib roast for 35 days. However, the difference in flavor and tenderness is barely noticeable. I will not spend the money and time to do this again.

Everything went perfectly. Dry aged a 6lb rib roast for 35 days and by following the directions everything was great. I would recommend this for people who don't have the space for a whole separate fridge.
