Very impressed with results! Simple way to take affordable grocery store quality steaks and transform them into fine steakhouse caliber beef. The process of vacuuming and ensuring good contact with the membrane takes attention, but after that you sit back and wait 4 weeks....if you can.

Your products are fine. It would improve yout website with more recipes. The shopping cart fnction does not work so well for multiple items on a mobile device like an iPad.

Steen, We appreciate your feedback, and will do what we can to improve the ease of shopping on mobile devices. Right now you have to search for the tiny shopping cart icon along the right edge of your mobile device screen--and it makes shopping frustrating. We hope the recipe cards that come with charcuterie and salumi UMAi Dry products are even more helpful than the online Recipe Archive.

So far I have dry ages a ribeye for 25 days and turned a whole pork belly into pancetta that will last me for a year. The products are very easy to use and the results are great. I will be making soppressetta and capicola next.
