Didn’t save me any money. Very poor communication by the company following an acquisition of one of their partners (Starion) which left me exposed to volatile price changes from Major Energy - received notification of price change from Major Energy, not Utiliz. Was simply told “we are still negotiating rates with Major”. Well that doesn’t help when my rate would be ~50% higher than Eversource. Company should have been more proactive with communicating to the customer. Would not recommend.

I haven't had any change in the last 5 months but I'm still being charged a service fee. They told me I could have 3 months free to see if any changes may happen. I should not have had to call to request this.
