As you know, we do import these pieces specifically for our customers, and we try (possibly a little too much!) to highlight that these brands are mainly sourced for customers familiar with the brand as they are sold as non-returnable. I know you’ve got experience with the Gabor range, so it’s especially disheartening to hear it didn’t meet your expectations this time. One helpful tip is to always start detangling from the bottom using a wide-tooth comb before using a brush. This helps reduce tension on the fibres and minimises shedding. It's also a good idea to hold the hair just above where you're combing to avoid pulling at the base. To further help extend the life of your wig: Use a wig-specific detangling spray if you notice dryness or tangling. Avoid over-brushing, especially when the hair is dry or freshly out of the box. Store the wig on a stand or head when not in use to help maintain the shape and reduce friction.
