I was a bit apprehensive about buying a wig on line and due to covid it was difficult to
Actually go somewhere and try a few on as no one had any in stock.
Also I wanted one as similar to my own hair as possible.which wasn’t that easy as my own hair
Is very light blonde.so I had to go for one a few shades darker . But when it arrived I was so relieved. The style was just right and the colour is fine. I was very pleased with the efficient service
And the price was good too would definitely recommend Valentine wigs regards Lorraine.

Due to having purchased many items recently (a variety of wigs but also appropriate care products), I needed to return and exchange some styles, though no reason was ever due to the quality of any piece that I have received.
It is obvious that the Valentine Wigs ‘family’ truly wish you to be delighted with your purchase, and go to great lengths to ensure that this is the outcome; refunds were made immediately, allowing new purchases to be made.
The team answered any queries satisfactorily and enthusiastically over a phone chat.
It has all been a most pleasurable experience, and I now pull on a fabulous wig most times I leave the house, rather like some may put on a hat…but with a more attractive outcome.
This is my ‘go to’ company.

Excellent service from Valentine Wigs. I was kept informed of the status of my order and delivery. The Jon Renau Elle is a nice wig. Its a bit too shiny at the moment but hopefully the piece will dull down with wear. The photograph gives the impression that the sides are the same length as the back however the sides come to about ear level. It is more ‘full’ than I was expecting but not as much hair as other wigs i have tried. The hair is soft and has nice movement.
