Valentine wigs are a very helpful company . Very friendly people to . I bought 2 wigs from them but sadly had to return them as the colour and length didn’t suit me ..as soon as they recieved them back and checked them. I had my money refunded Instantly . So I would recommend this company to anyone ....

I am very happy for my choice for 2 Ellen Wille Wigs. I adore the customer Service for being so lovely and helpfull with me - specially mr. Richard was so nice and helpfull. I can only hope that us Danish People can buy cheap wigs from this company in the future. I pray for GB is comming back to the EU Family. It is much cheaper for us foringer to buy in G.B. All the best for this wonderfull company.

Thank you for your review and thank you for your kind comments. Unfortunately this Brexit has caused problems for everyone. We are re-commencing sales to non UK, you will not have to pay UK VAT but instead you will have to pay your own local taxes, hopefully that won't cost you any more than before.!!

My experience of dealing with your company was very good. I was sent a wig which was the wrong colour but as it happened the style didn’t suit me anyway. Return would have been problem free if it hadn’t have been over the Christmas period. Staff were very pleasant and helpful to deal with. I kept 2 wigs. And just exchanged the one.😊
