I have purchased two human hair wigs from Valentine wigs and I have found the customer service superb. This is my first time buying wigs as before coronavirus, I was wearing a hair system that was bonded to my head. I had to take that off as there was no maintenance due to the salons closing. I am now very happy to have the option of wearing wigs that look great and give me confidence. Thanks to Richard and his team. Ordering was easy and delivery very speedy.

However, my desired item was out of stock but this was not apparent when I placed my order and paid.
I therefore had to wait sometime for my item and could not go elsewhere to get my item quicker as my payment had already been processed.
Unfortunately I was quite desperate for a new wig and I ended up having to stay in until it arrived.
Once my order did arrive I was pleased with my item.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We have experienced some delays due to Covid-19 but very few considering the circumstances. I am sorry your order was delayed.
Payment is taken at the time of order for two reasons. Firstly, for your security, we don't hold any of your card details. If we took payment at the time of dispatch we would have to hold your card details. Secondly we can guarantee the price you paid at the time of the order with the manufacturer. Usually there is stock available, if there is a back order our customers are always first to receive the new stock because it has been reserved in advance.
