Since suffering Alopecia 3yrs ago I have found Valentine wigs to be one of the best wig retailers. Excellent quality with a choice of colours and styles to suit everyone. My favorite is from the Rene of Paris collection called Bailey, so stylish and natural looking.

We are very sorry, we messed up on this order. Normally if two wigs are ordered and only one arrives from the warehouse we would offer the customer the option of dispatching the first immediately or waiting until the other arrives. We made a mistake this time, down to human error unfortunately and sincerely apologise. Kind regards, Richard

The obvious success of this company must be thanks to their outstanding customer service. Some wig suppliers sell "quick and cheap", just to get the wig out of their door!!, with no concern about the customer's issues. Also, you CAN return the wig! When you're spending hundreds of pounds on a wig, how about if you've made a mistake on the size, colour, or if the style just doesn't suit you when it's on. You would end up with a VERY costly mistake. I don't know any places you can go to TRY WIGS ON before you buy (maybe in London there may be high end shops that sell wigs - but at an extortionate price I bet). I am going to buy again from Valentine Wigs in the future, safe in the knowledge that I can get a refund of the considerable amount that wigs cost, if I need to return a wig. Wonderful "sales" emails fro. valentine - just not in the style I want - yet!! Keep up the good work Valentine.....and you'll keep your existing customers - and get more new buyers!! Xxx

Only third day of wearing and it already feels promising. It does not have a monofilament crown, but I think that has been sacrificed for a lace front, which is a smart move because you don't need it. It has masses of curls and as such is very girlie and it changes your appearance dramatically. I usually dampen it with mycellar water, afro comb it through and then tease it with my fingers until it looks how I want it. So far I'm pleased with it, and I'm still not used to the way I look, which is very odd because the wig is exactly the colour and style I had forty years ago when I was thirty!
