I have ordered many times from Valentine Wigs and many times I’ve not liked the style I chose on my funny shaped head! They never complain about returns and always refund immediately. Also I have just found out I could have had VAT relief for my androgenic alopecia and Richard refunded me the VAT on wigs I had bought many months ago. This is amazing as other companies have not been nearly as helpful. I can’t recommend this company enough. Love them and their gorgeous hair pieces

My hair arrived very quickly and even had a chocolate in the box. The quality was amazing sadly the colour was too light so i had to return. I emailed the company to let them know.
Obviously i havent worn or taken the tags out. For myself wig buying is a minfield and highly sensitive.
So knowing ive made a colour mistake but been able to return is a massive relief.

The service from valentines was very good . Staff are very friendly and helpful . My main problem is it is difficult to assess how a wig will fit or suit you on line , so you have to order it . I was not sure between the icone and star Ellen Wille wigs , I ordered the icone , which was lovely , but a bit big for my head , so have returned that one and waiting for star wig to be sent . It would be good if I could have ordered both , and then returned the one I didn’t want .

I had very long hair I could sit on but was devastated after receiving chemotherapy for breast cancer, I lost it all in a space of 4 weeks after growing it over 20 years. Just received my first order of two wigs and they are fabulous and very reasonably priced. So very pleased with both of them. VAT exemption form was easy to fill in and received confirmation within a couple of days. Ordered two wigs immediately and arrived again within a couple of days. Great company will definitely be ordering more as soon as I can afford it. Thank You so very much. I’ve written a more detailed review on Trust Pilot to hopefully help other people with devastating hair loss as it leaves you very vulnerable and open to a lot of bogus companies something you don’t want when you’re going through a rough time already :blush:Thank You again

I was after a particular shade and had no luck in finding a supplier... that was until I sent an email to the lovely team at Valentine Wigs!
Richard was so unbelievably helpful, going above and beyond to check in with me and make sure I was happy with everything. He managed to source the shade I was after and get it to me all within the space of a few days - truly outstanding.
