I started with 1 serving per day for 3 or 4 days while just beginning my first ever Keto diet. I was getting a bit frustrated not hitting ketosis quickly, allthough I do understand it isn't a quick process. Cravings were getting to me and just not feeling so well. But the salts definitely helped with that! I tried 2 drinks a day for about a week and my test strips tested full on ketosis and I was feeling much better. No "flu", much less craving, more energy. I truly feel this product got me there and if it were for that I probably wouldn't have made it at all. My Husband has also been taking the product (we are allready on our second order) and he is feeling fantastic also. We will be continuing with the sour apple and would also like to try the other flavors. Thank you so much!

I am happy with the taste of Vaxxen exogenous ketones vs 2 other brands that I have tried. I am still trying to determine if, for me, any of these products actually jumpstart ketosis or just temporarily give you ketones in your urine. I have been using for just 15 days so I'll give it more time.
