I like the flavor of the product a lot and it also curbs my hunger for about two hours. I also tested my ketone levels and it did raise them from 0.4 to 1.1 for about 2 hours before it started to fade away.

very pleased with the product. it gives you energy to get thru the day without a crash in the afternoon afternoon like most weight loss products. Many weight loss pills make you need urinate quite often and this one does not seem to. No weight loss pill is a miracle pill but this one definitely helps shed a few extra lbs... will order again

Love the Sour Apple Flavor. I have been on the Keto Diet previously and always experience those nasty fly like results! I wanted to try this after reading a review that it helps avoid those symptoms! I will certainly say that is worked--zero slugginess or tired feelings! Would certainly recommend this for anyone starting a Keto type diet.
