Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us Jaymin! We’re glad to hear that you were satisfied with our service. We are continuously evaluating our pricing structure because we as a business face the same problems. Your input is invaluable, and we appreciate your suggestions regarding our pricing.

Cadbury Hot Chocolate 73mm In-Cup Vending Drinks
the service product and delivery were fine, but the information saying there there would be extra charges if i was not in to receive second delivery was disappointing, as on many occasions delivery companies claim to have attempted delivery but my CCTV confirm they have not been at all. This may deter me from ordering again.
Response from Vending Superstore
Mar 18, 2025
Hi Terence,
I can see that your order was successfully delivered on the first attempt. We use APC for our deliveries, and they implement a fee as a precaution, as some recipients schedule deliveries but are not available to receive them. While I understand your concerns regarding this policy, it is in place to ensure efficient service for all customers.
It's great to hear that you have CCTV to confirm deliveries. Since your parcel arrived on the first attempt and there were no missed deliveries, we’re unsure how this would warrant a 2-star review, especially given that your order arrived on time and in good condition. That being said, we truly appreciate your order and the time you took to leave feedback.
If you'd like to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out to me at (alfie@vendingsuperstore.co.uk). We hope you enjoyed your purchase.
Best regards,
Alfie
