Tunnock's Milk Chocolate Tea Cakes - Individually Wrapped 24g (Box of 36)
I love Tunnock' Teacakes and as my local shop has run out for some time, I ordered a box of 36 from Vending Superstore. The turnaround was as quick as if it were Amazon and delivered to the correct door - something Amazon couriers are beginning not to bother with. The only problem was having 36 or those bad boys sitting in the cupboard saying 'eat me'! 😁
Would definitely order fromthem again.

Burton & Browne Fruity Oat Dunker Biscuit Twinpacks (Box of 24)
As I said on the last review you sent me
We have noticed quite a few packets were open and the biscuits are soft instead of being crunchy in which has left us a bit disappointed.

Oxtail Vending Soup - 500g
The packing of the 4 products was very poor as 2 of the bags had split open emptying into the box, making unpacking unpleasant, however the product is very good, just need to work on delivery.

Hi Tony,
Thank you for your constructive feedback. We rarely experience issues with this product, but we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. Based on the information, we believe the items may have been damaged during transit or handled more roughly than expected, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
The products were packed in a box appropriately sized for your order, with additional padding to ensure their protection. Unfortunately, as we rely on APC for parcel delivery, we suspect the courier may have mishandled the package. We deeply regret this outcome and will review the matter further to help prevent such issues in the future.
