I really love using you guys for our sailing club needs but I was disappointed with the delivery last week. I was given a slot and waited for it but it never arrived. I tracked the delivery and at the moment I received an email they weren't coming, the van was literally passing my road (I took a screen shot). APC looked into it and I had to wait in again the following day. I know we don't order much but as we had a big event last weekend it impacted on time I needed to do other jobs.
