First time ordering online was delighted from placing an order to efficient delivery. The quality of the Edenware fibre plates used for our farewell parish party for our priest did the job.

Your parcel arrived promptly and your deliveryer DHL left the parcel in a secure and sensible place . I have had deliveries before from another supplier who used Evri and my parcel was left in an unsuitable and dirty location.

No issue with the product whatsoever. Exactly what I ordered.
Delivery was a shambles.
Courier failed to find our address, not a problem experienced by any other couriers. Despite email and telephone conversation the parcel was delivered to the wrong address, (4 days later). In fairness to the driver the address he delivered to was that on the package but not the one specified by email and phone.
