Viele Informationen zu finden, man wird gut durchgeführt durch die Schritte. Etwas störend war, dass mehrmals eine Info aufgeploppt ist auf der Internetseite, ob man mit jemandem sprechen möchte. Evtl könnte es auf weniger reduziert werden und dann evtl an der Seite einfach ein Hilfe oder Kommunikationsbutton.
Es wird sich aber sofort mit einem in Verbindung gesetzt nach der Buchung, zum evtl Fragen klären etc

There's just one thing I could tell you to improve the user experience: since we wanted to apply for 13-year-old boys, I entered my name at the beginning of the application process, and now it counts me as one of the volunteers. I guess that won't be a problem; I've already written to Sharon, the program manager in Hungary.
I entered my name as the person requesting the information, not as a volunteer. It was my mistake.
