I was told I was approved for my chosen program and dates, a d I paid my deposit,
I find that those dates are not available and I am not interested in the other choices, and I want to be refunded my deposit, but noone has responded to me to refund my deposit.

As an improvement you could add the daily planning basis for each volunteer program. Your site is already very good so this is only a personal upgrade.

I organized my stay abroad very last minute, but the whole Volunteer world team worked really fast, they were super friendly and accommodating. I didn’t have to wait long to receive an answer to my questions. I am really looking forward to being a Volunteer World volunteer and being a part of this.

This was an experience of a life-time. I felt like I was at home with the people, the wildlife, the amazing atmosphere. I had so many wonderful opportunities but my faorite were the surprising ones like seeing a monkey randomly eating a banana only 5 feet away or seeing the forest alight with glowing mushrooms and mycelium.

Looking forward to my volunteer experience coming up. The sign-up process was very easy and much more reasonable cost than other organizations. Would liked to have received more information about arrival and homestay information but my questions via email have been responded to promptly. So far, this has been a very smooth experience.
