As a host I have the biggest gratitude for this platform, not only for the assistance to promote our project but for their prompt replies when advice is needed, their patience and positive feedback. Well done!

I think your website is really good. It‘s very easy to navigate through the website and you get shortly a good overview about the projects. I was surprised to get answers from everybody so fast. That’s amazing. From my point of view there is one thing you can improve. There are many possibilities to set filters. But it‘s really difficult to search for projects by limiting your age. For me it was important to search for projects under 18 and I needed several attempts to find the right one.

I have yet to go on the actual trip, but the site and response time to my questions was exceptional. There were some trip detail questions that couldn't be answered until after the deposit is made, so I took a leap of faith, and put the deposit down. After the deposits were made I was set up with a New Account log in with The Great Projects, a travel coordinator contacted me to assist with travel quotes and answered all my questions. I can't wait for my trip! <3

This is such a great platform! It's easy to use, very organized and efficient, it provides all the information you need to research and compare the different volunteer programs. I'm very glad I came across it!
I'm not one to usually leave comments or rate webpages, but it felt wrong not to do so since i feel like you guys are doing really great work. Keep it up! :)

Easy enough to book on but payment and deposit deadlines aren’t the easiest to use/weren’t made clear.

I found it very easy to make an application. It will be good if many other volunteer programmes are free like the programme I will be volunteering at in Ghana.

We are happy that you enjoy your volunteering trip. We don't have any influence on the program prices but we hope everyone can find a matching program for himself. Keep on volunteering.
