The Amazon Rainforest Conservation project is great for learning ecological survey methods (birds, reptiles, amphibians, and butterflies). The landscape is stunning and the wildlife wonderful. Unfortunately, the programme has a high staff turnover rate, and, apart from the amphibian and reptile specialist, there are no ‘experts’ on birds or plants for example. I felt that the staff were only one step ahead of the interns and volunteers. I appreciate that such expertise requires resources, but it is a shame as Manu National Park is a treasure trove of wildlife which needs monitoring.

It was kinda easy. Mabye the booking could be in different languages. This would be much easier for older generations.
