The fact that you exist is AMAZING. However,The website is visually not 100% and there is not a lot of programs for under 18 and there should be a way to get the individual institutions email so we can contact directly with questions

hello, after giving my deposit i read that a participant died from drowning, this made me extremely anxious so i canceled my participation after giving my deposit, i asked for a refund but he I was not granted, I'm really not happy, maybe you can do something for the refund and it would be very appreciated. thank you very much. I found it quite confusing trying to work out if I had contacted Volunteer World or the organisation in Peru with whom I am hoping to work. In the end everything seems to be ok but I had messages from various different people at both organisation through the websites. I would prefer to be able to contact via email as the messaging service is a little confusing. Having said that, the people who have responded have been very friendly and helpful and I have arranged a call on Friday to discuss my forthcoming trip 🙏🙏

Very Bad experience , I paid 90€ for a program in Peru and the state is collapsing. After I asked to change into another program you denied. I will never book again a program over this page.
