The process is so easy. I want to book another spot because the application and onboarding is seamless. There is someone available at every turn who makes me look forward to this experience more and more.

It’s really badly organised here in Thailand. There’s no contacts provided, no official statements which made it really hard for visa, and also, the person that talks to me on behalf of this volunteer work is very passive aggressive. Terribly structured organisation, maybe it needs some donation, but the experience is terrible and I haven’t even started. I’m hoping right now that I won’t lose my kidney during my stay.

I'm so sad because there is very hight difference between the price announced on your website and the final price , and it's impossible to know that before . I must pay you the acompte to know the true price .. and i'm very very sad to see that it's not honestly .

Everything worked perfectly fine on your part. The only service that didn't work for me was getting help on finding cheap flights. I booked it on my own now, but would have been very happy if I could have saved myself some money here. It's my dream and I am willing to pay for it, but that could have been nice.

The booking was very easy and the constant contact with the people from Volunteer World made it so much easier. There was literally no struggle and I had no questions at all. Everyone was very nice and especially Kevin cared a lot about my wishes and perceptions! I can only recommend it :)
