I was able to sign up efficiently to a volunteer program through volunteer world and am satisfied about the service I received. My only criticism is the fact that submitted a question through the website and never got an answer until I submitted my question through mail. Other than this everything was clear and there was an easy access to everything I needed.

good evening frankly I'm not happy with the site. I was not selected for any volunteer program and I ask for reimbursement and until then they say nothing. I risk reporting the site. let's be honest. they have written on the site if the program does not work either you choose another program and they will transfer the money if you agree or they will reimburse you. I was not retained so I paid my deposit and it becomes a problem. if until Wednesday I do not receive my deposit I will be forced to initiate legal proceedings.

mir fehlt eine Packliste auf der Webseite. Ich weiss zb nicht ob ich einen Schlafsack mitnehmen soll. ich bin es nun am abklären.
die webseite ist sonst gut aufgebaut. die beste von allen volunteer seiten.
Gut kann man euch so gut erreichen.
die vielen mails von euch nerven aber sehr. ausserdem klingt dieses review als ob ich schon dort war. hat mich im ersten moment sehr verunsichert. und jetzt wo ich etwas geschrieben habe, müssen sie mir diese mail nicht mer schicken. Danke

i didn’t join any organization yet but i am really happy with volunteerworld in general. I always know who i can ask for help if i don’t know what to do and the offering is so big that you just HAVE to find a great volunteering opportunity. Of course, i really hope that my experience with the Organization i will go to, will be as good as the ones with volunteerworld:)
