Purchased an item. Item was either defective or packaging was mislabeled as to the product it contained. Then learned I needed "approval" for a return. Ok. I think I received the "approval" 3 days later, by which time I had read the ENTIRE return policy, and learned that it was going to cost me more in shipping by the time I paid shipping AGAIN to return the item (which they refused to reimburse) than what I originally paid for the item. Spoke with CS a couple different times, with no help, basically the response was "well, if you had purchased a more expensive item, it wouldn't cost more over all in shipping" and "our return policy is in line with other online retailers". I have never once found myself where I would pay more overall in shipping to return an item, than what the item cost originally. Sadly, this is a perfect example of why people flock to large online retailers rather than the small mom and pop outfits. The only reason I chose this retailer in the first place was all the "US Company" etc. advertised for them.
