High temp cheese was delivered at room temperature which concerns me. Customer service returned my call quite promptly and declared that ok, however I am not pleased that I paid over $170 for cheese to show up un-refrigerated, very concerned to get my family sick.

Everything was ok until shipping. On a 60 dollar order, shipping was $22 which sucks. It said expedited shipping and how about a non expedited shipping which would be a lot less. Amazon ships for free (prime) and why can't you offer something more reasonable?
