There is a lacking in some areas such as the fact that they do not carry Fermento, and expect people to be happy with Citric acid for a substitute fermented flavor in sausage! Shameful!!!!! Citric acid tastes NOTHING like fermented flavor, Fermento comes close, but citric acid, you might as well just buy mass produced crap at the store!
