Not that Great. Tried to get someone with company to guide me when buying a $400 meat grinder and all they could say was register for Meatgistics. called second time got a different person and they were a little more healpful. Then came setting up addresses which had a place for a ship to address and a billing address. Could never get them to be different so put in my ship to address. Then the disaster...Checkout and paying with a credit card. Since my default address was a ship to address the credit card was rejected for possible fraud. So went back and changed ship to and billing address to Credit card address and verified I did make the charge with credit card company and tried again. This time was able to put in a different ship to address in the checkout and since I had talked to credit card carrier the transaction was approved.
Oh I never found someone to talk to on meatgistics to ask questions befor I spent $500+ dollars.

I am not a first time credit card user and as a retired business manager I have had a reasonable amount of experience with customer relations. I suggest Waltons management has someone go through what I went through and see how their employees and web site handle the transaction.They might be surprised.

Overall I was initially impressed by the company website. The Info the put on the site has been helpful and I hope they will take this as an opportunity to improve direct customer support.
