Berlen LLC just started selling smoked sinew snacks for dogs last year as bulk sinew strips in a box near the check out at a local butcher shop. My vendor wanted packages, but plastic bags encourage mold w/o refrigeration. Vac-Pac bags rip, Zip-lock bags failed, so I researched oxygen absorbers for meat products to extend shelf life. You were the first company that deals w/ meat products that I encountered. I read the reviews, slept on it, and today I placed an order. Boy I hope these are class B oxygen absorbers as sinew has a naturally high moisture content. I wish I could've found out whether these absorbers are class B for meats or class D which are prefered for dried grains. Either way I chose Walton's and will see what happens.
