I could have bought the Weston #12 3mm Extraction Plate anywhere. I chose Walton's because of the honesty in your shipping rates. The customer service could have been a bit nicer in regards to working with me. I had a specific clip with specific measurements that I needed double checked and they said that they wouldn't compare it with their clips because the boxes are sealed. I understand having a sealed product. And perhaps it is my own problem. I just imagine an online shipping sales company might have a few product examples lying about. I bought the clips. We'll see how they come in. :)
