I have ordered lots of items with Walton's with success, however my last purchase was a gear box for 33# stuffer. I made 2 calls after order to make sure it was right. I had 380# product to make. Part came with 5/16 bolt holes instead of my 3/8 needed. Walton's offered sending new bolts but would be after Christmas 4 days later. Had to borrow from friends luckily to get my products made for Xmas. My orders were around 500$. No offset from Walton's for their mistake that I called ahead 2x to check on.

The shopping experience is good, BUT, I do not like that you cannot use the gift cards over the phone. We had a "TERRIBLE" time entering the gift cards. The system would not take it. I had to call after a weekend wait, and then talked to someone who helped me, but the number he gave me would not work. Had to get on chat. FINALLY got results. I would not ever recommend getting gift cards to your business.

Good shopping experience. VERY quick response time (via email) on order placement. Hadn't even logged out before it hit my Inbox. Really like the ability to watch the attached videos to see things in action before making a choice. SUGGESTION for videos: might be boring, but it would also be nice (on "machines") to see a segment on clean up after use.
