I made my selection and saved the items in my cart because the shipping was a flat rate of 8.99. When I went to check out the shipping is now 14.99. I also have been trying to see if you provide any coupons or military discount which there is no place on your website that allows you to use these coupons/discounts.

I hope you're having a blessed and happy Christmas. All I wanted was this order placed for my Christmas presents. I was heartbroken when I went to checkout that none of my 15% to 25% coupons would work. I had to wait to place my order after I got out of the hospital. If there is anything you can do to correct this issue that would be fantastic. I was going to wait to place the order after the holidays but, then I would just have to wait that much longer for them to arrive.
