I've been using the same jerky seasonings for 20 plus years. I tried Walton's seasonings for a change of pace and people went nuts over it. It was easier to get and just as easy to use. I process 300lbs or more for myself and friends and every batch came out awesome! Read the reviews for each flavor, pick a few and give them a try. Follow the simple instructions, no need to add more than directed. You will not be disappointed. Looking forward to trying the other meat seasonings.
