Recived my driod box, but it was broken. A replacement was sent after i retruned the broken one. I'm still awaiting the postage refund!!! The new Driod box is ok. No problems with set up etc. Films and sport available as well as usual suspects..Netfix etc

The Box itself is good, works well. Bit disappointed in the support for it, a number of similar boxes available but paid a premium for this as advertised with everything loaded and good support and aftersales. After getting it got message that video not working in xbmc, but solution given to remedy. This didnt work. I eventually worked out a fix myself after waiting for a reply from droidbox that didnt solve it. Then found skin was different. After a number of replies with suggestions to recover the original skin, it is still not as sold. The box works fine and have figured most things out, but think many other purchasers may be disappointed, especially if they are not computer literate!

I purchased a T8 but had to spend the best part of 2 days on the support chat system trying to get it working. It wouldn't sign into the playstore, in the end I had to return it for repair. It was sent back quickly and it was working. I find the DB home screen limited so upgraded to the Go Launcher but then needed to buy the VIP remote as the supplied remote is about as much use a door stop! The T8 performs well and HD films stream via my local server very well. I'd recommend this unit but I would say buy the VIP remote (even though the power button doesn't function) and be prepared to do some config if you want the full features of XBMC
