The concept is good and clearly the future of TV is the internet.... from there to say the Droid Box is the answer is a long shot.
My biggest complaint is that its not very user friendly. Customers should be aware that it will take them time to get familiar with it. The loaded software is not exactly loaded and ready to go, but requires some knowledge to make it function. Some programs are a decent quality, others are not, but I don't want to blame the box for this, but customers should be aware that it is a fact!. If you live outside the UK you will need a VPN to hide your IP number and gain access to important free sites. Despite this comment I am still a long way from saying I'm proficient...

When watching films,tv series no matter which addon I use the buffering bar is running way ahead and some time finishes than the play bar and it just stops and goes back to host menu very frustrating hope you will solve this problem with new update I would have given you 5 stars if it wasn't for this problem.

Whilst the content of these boxes are excellent, the unit doesn't seem to reliable. The box resets itself at random and freezes up quite often, whilst the remote control that comes with it isn't far short of useless.

should have ordered viphandset my fault as the handset it comes with is not responsive enough- vidoe mix in foreign language- instruction book not very good--on the plus side plenty to watch and reasonable price-good support- would have been 4 stars if i had ordered vipremote but £20 delivery for £12 item seems expensive

Can't fault the product so far and the delivery was very quick. I'm still working my way through everything on it but for me it was money well spent. I told a friend about this box and he's bought one too.

Not being tech savvy the droid box can be hard work ... Doesn't take much to set up but it's the process of finding items you want to watch, a lot of programmes no longer exist and it's back to the beginning, overtime things will become easier and more accessible but I find at the moment I'm always on you tube acquiring help....
Oh and buy the keyboard/pad remote the original is to much of a faf :-))
