Bought m5, very pleased, had issue with faulty x7 bought so returned and received prompt refund. Fast delivery and excellent after sales service, technical support invaluable all round no complaints now going to replace x7, probably every tv we own will eventually have a droidbox

Very difficult to set up to start with, not very user friendly. Had friend to help us out in the end. We are now up and running and are pleased with it. Is it possible to get subtitles up? This is only problem as we're both hard of hearing. Thanks for our new toy.

Just bought the 3 droid box the w10 and it's incredibly easy to set up and very quick to dive into the action, as always great product and not disipointed

Great product. A tad fiddly but once you know your way around it's great (or so my husband says - I can't even switch on the tv with all these remotes!) It has paid for itself in football matches and better signal terrestrial tv. The only reason it loses a star is because of the frequent buffering which frustrates the 'tv controller' who then has to search for a better stream. A small price to pay for what he saves in monthly subscriptions to 'up in the clouds' !! Recommend the product wholeheartedly and my husband found he didn't need the backlit remote - manages fine with the one supplied with the box.

I bought as a TVs box so am absolutely delighted with this. If I had bought for Windows then I may have been more disappointed but it does work even if a little limited.

DroiX i8 High Quality Wireless Mini Keyboard with Touchpad Control for Android, Raspbery Pi, Playstation, XBOX, Fire TV
This is the fourth box from yourselves and all perform very well. I also bought the QTRY remote which makes life a lot easier.
Would recommend this box without hesitation.

Really pleased with the box which was delivered next day. Installed Wookie Wizard as suggested. Box occasionally freezes but have previous experience of this with android boxes so no problem.

I was extremely frustrated setting the device up. I followed the instructions how to set up wookie wizard & it didn't work. I had 2 web chats and felt that there was an assumption of knowledge by the advisor which I didn't have. I eventually managed to set up wookie wizard but still feel that I have no idea what I am doing.

The remote control supplied with this unit is next to useless .Works great with 3-1 air mouse remote control

I have owned this 'top of the range' box for a few weeks now, and I have to say i'm lost ! there should be more guidance to start, there are too many people trying to help on YouTube with misinformation that in many cases simply doesn't work on this unit, I understand that a certain amount of setting up is required but this is too much, I am very disappointed so far.

Good box, had a 1tb drive ordered and fitting was easy.
Don't like lollipop on the box, cant see active apps, Kodi on OpenElec freezed a few times. Kodi in Android is fine.
Overall pleased with my purchase and the communication from Droidbox has been excellent.

Up to now very happy with above box. had a slight problem with on - off switch but repaired very quickly. Service was first class and quick and no argument about sending box back to be repaired. The only thing i did not notice when looking at your box was that it did not come with a keyboard which i like to use instead of a remote. Most boxers from other sellers come with a keyboard free which i admit is a winner for their sales. Keep the good work up and hope their is a more powerful box to come in the future. [please let me know when this happens]
