Faulty product, high pitch sound and frozen picture, usually when trying to load Kodi. Still crashes after soft reset. Should a product in this condition be sent out to customers? It could be you! Be warned.

Hi
I'm very satisfied with the droid box but just wish I could find out how to work it more thoroughly, especially trying to tape onto a memory stick
But overall I'm very satisfied

The 8s plus box seems to be all that i expected. I have only to figure out how to record on the hard drive I also purchased from you, for my experience to be perfect. I trust that I can record from Kodi?
Ease of use? hope to get their soon. I have already installed exodus, which I prefer.
I suspect that it will not be difficult to find help to figure out how to use the hard drive, preferably on android. Could you point me in the direction for information on how to do it, please?
Regards Terry.

Having paid out and watched Netflix for some time, this box was recommended to me and I have since cancelled Netflix and havent looked back since.
For good quality up to date films, fantastic music programs and up to date tv programs as well as the old stuff of course, you cannot go wrong with this box of tricks

Having hunted for a good Android/Kodi Box for a while, I was relieved to find DroidBOX. With so many product shipping straight from China, with support that suffers from a language barrier it's great to be able to find such a good product from the UK.
The unit itself is sturdy and well constructed. It has a nice premium feel, and the included accessories are also good (remote is nice to use). Little touches like supplying the screws for the hard-drive bay were also much appreciated.
On the software side, OpenELEC works a treat. Android also works very well (latest v5 build) with one exception - the notification bar/navigation bars are not accessible which is frustrating. Being someone who likes the stock look (therefore I replaced the default launcher with google now launcher) means that access to these is important. I posted in the forum about the issue and DroidBOX admin got back to me very quickly to explain it's a known temporary problem which will be fixed in a future OTA update.
In conclusion this box is great to use, fast and reliable. Would purchase again.

Getting the hang of it was tricky but having a son that already owns one meant it was doable.
Availability of films quite frustrating but this not caused by the box itself.
Has worked fine to date and the addition of the keyboard was a good choice. Makes operating the box much easier.

This is a great box and it’s very easy to use.
The only slight fly in the ointment is OpenELEC’s lack of bluetooth support (eg. bluetooth keyboard). Having said that, I’ve decided to use Android as that OS will support bluetooth keyboards.
